Eligible entrants:
Entry is only open to residents in the regions detailed in the table below who are 18 years and over and own at least one (1) residential property in any region in the list below and enter the competition via a competition advertisement that is promoted on Facebook, Instagram or Google and complete the competition form: Clause 1 Central Coast real estate Eastern Suburbs real estate Hills District real estate Illawarra real estate Inner West real estate Lower North Shore real estate North Shore real estate Northern Beaches real estate Northern Suburbs real estate Southern Highlands real estate Sutherland Shire real estate No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider.
How to Enter:
Entry to Property Appraisal Competition
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete all the following steps during the Promotional Period of 8 May 2023 and 31 July 2023.
- Be an owner of the property being appraised in a location listed in the table in Clause 1 under “Eligible Entrants”.
- Book an appraisal and by doing so provide full name, contact number, valid email address and postcode.
- Have a free physical or virtual appraisal of the property they own conducted by DiJones Real Estate agent.
‘Appraisal’ is the valuation or an approximation of value by impartial, properly qualified persons conducted by a real estate agent. ‘Listed for sale’ means an Agency Agreement has been signed instructing a DiJones Real Estate agent to sell their property. ‘Property owner’ is the person(s) that own the house or land that is appraised by a DiJones real estate agent
Property Appraisal Prize Entries Permitted:
An entry will be given to participants upon meeting the following criteria:
- Limit one (1) entry permitted following a free property appraisal with a DiJones Real Estate agent for a property the entrant owns, 1 entry given per property appraisal
- If multiple property appraisals are conducted on the one property, only the first property appraisal will receive an entry;
- Each entry must be submitted in accordance with the entry requirements.
- Property appraisal must be conducted in person or virtually between 3PM 8 May 2023 and 3PM 31 July 2023.
Prize Description
5 x prize winners will be drawn and receive the following prize: 1 x bespoke interior design consultation with Coco Republic valued at $2000.
Prize draw details
5 x bespoke interior design consultations with Coco Republic will be drawn via randomized computer-generated selection at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089 on Wednesday 2 August 2023. (not valid in conjunction with any other offer).
Total Prize Pool
Up to AUD $10,000 for 5 x $2,000 Coco Republic interior design consultations.
Entry to Property Advertising Package
An entry will be given to the first 100 participants upon meeting the following criteria: Limit one (1) entry permitted for each property listed for sale by a DiJones real estate agent following the signing of an Agency Agreement with DiJones Real Estate. •The entrant must be an owner of the property in a location listed in Clause 1 under “Eligible Entrants”. •An agency agreement must be signed by the property owner and listed for sale between 7 July 2023 - 30 September 2023. •The property must have a campaign schedule and must go live to market with DiJones Real Estate and DiJones Lower North Shore between 7 July 2023 - 30 September 2023. •Each entry must be submitted in accordance with the entry requirements. ‘Agency agreement’ is a legal agreement that authorises a DiJones Real Estate agent to list and market your property for sale. ‘Listed for sale’ means an Agency Agreement has been signed instructing a DiJones Real Estate agent to sell their property. ‘Property owner’ is the person(s) that own the house or land that is appraised by a DiJones real estate agent.
Prize Description
1 x prize winner will be drawn and receive the following prize:
- 1 x Property Advertising Package to promote the sale of a property that is listed for sale with a DiJones agent during the competition period 7 July 2023 - 30 September 2023. Total value of the Property Advertising package is up to a maximum of $12,000 AUD.
- The prize winner can specify how they want the $12,000 AUD to be spent across their Property Advertising campaign from a list of options provided by DiJones Real Estate and DiJones Lower North Shore.
- The advertising options may include, but not limited by, the following: Property Signboard, premier advertising on the real estate portals, professional photos and floor plan, social advertising promotion, letter box drop cards, property styling with our preferred supplier Coco Republic or similar in your region.
- It cannot be redeemed for cash or digital currency and the maximum prize is up to $12,000 AUD. If the prize winner listed their property for sale during the campaign period: 7 July 2023 - 30 September 2023 and has already paid for their property advertising they will be reimbursed the value of their property advertising campaign spend up to a maximum of $12,000 AUD.
Prize draw details
The prize will be drawn via randomized computer-generated selection at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089 on Tuesday 3 October 2023.

Up to AUD $12,000 for a property advertising package.
Winner Notification
The winners will be notified via phone and email (all entrants will have phone number and email recorded regardless of how they register for an appraisal) on the same day as the draw. The winners’ details will be published at https://www.dijones.com.au/library within 4 days of the draw.
Unclaimed Prizes Coco Republic Competition:
Prizes must be claimed within one week of the final draw, on 9 August 2023 at 2pm AEDT.
In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089 on 9 August 2023 at 2:30pm AEDT.
The winners will be notified publicly and their details published on https://www.dijones.com.au/library within 4 days of the redraw.
Only one redraw will occur and if any prize is not claimed by 16 August 2023 they will be voided, and no more claims can be made.
Prizes winners details will be sent to Coco Republic. Coco Republic will contact the winners to organise the design consultation appointment and at this point the prize redemption and fulfilment is an agreement between Coco republic and the prize winner(s) and the prize is valid for 6 months from 2nd August 2023.
Unclaimed Prize Property Advertising Competition:
Prizes must be claimed within one week of the draw, on 10 October 2023 at 2pm AEDT. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089 on 10 October 2023 at 2:30pm AEDT. The winners will be notified publicly and their details published on https://www.dijones.com.au/library within 4 days of the redraw. Only one redraw will occur and if any prize is not claimed by 17 October 2023 it will be void, and no more claims can be made. The prize is valid and is to be redeemed between 28 June 2023 - 30 September 2023, as stated in the prize description above.
General Terms and Conditions
Prizes
No part of the prize is redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Any other incidental expenses related to the prize not specified herein are the so responsibility of the winner. Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. Participating entrants agree to these Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, and release, defend and hold harmless the Promoter and its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Giveaway, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use or misuse of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Giveaway or use or redemption of the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize. The winner acknowledges the Promoter and all other businesses concerned with this Giveaway and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway. The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any claim, action or delay arising from this competition or any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise. By participating in the Giveaway, you (i) agree to be bound by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. The Promoter reserves the right to permanently disqualify person it believes has intentionally violated these Rules and cancel the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus, bot or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Giveaway), and to select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
Privacy
Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically and this competition is governed by their privacy policy located here https://www.dijones.com.au/privacy For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner's surname, initial and State/Territory or postcode of residence.
Disputes
If there is any dispute to whom an entry for a property appraisal/bonus entry for a property listing is awarded or any other matter, the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into. This Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of NSW, Australia. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Giveaway shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
General
The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period. All appraisals are to be conducted in a physical or virtual manner. Some may be required to be completed virtually due to COVID -19 within the Promotion Period. DiJones Real Estate reserves the right to request for further proof of ownership of the property prior to conducting the appraisal. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. By submitting an entry form, you will be taken to accept the terms and conditions of this competition. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner for the prize may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving the prize. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to NSW State regulation without further notice to the entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities where required. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
