Real estate brand DiJones has expanded its offering on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with the opening of an office in Dee Why as its growth intensifies.

DiJones CEO Dean Mackie said the office will complement the brand’s current office on the Northern Beaches at Mona Vale which supports clients in the surrounding suburbs and up to Pittwater.

“The Northern Beaches is a key area of focus for DiJones and has been for some time,” Mr Mackie said. “Under the leadership of Regional Partner Aaron Raco, Skye Raco and their team, we will offer services in sales and investment management and expand our footprint with this new office.”

The existing office which was Raine & Horne Dee Why Collaroy, will now be DiJones Dee Why.

Mr Mackie said the Dee Why office marked a significant milestone for the business with Aaron Raco also taking on a new licensee arrangement with DiJones.

“Under the licensee arrangement Aaron and his team will be able to access a suite of DiJones services designed to maximise efficiencies, reduce cost to serve and maximise lead generation, enabling them to focus purely on what they do best – selling and leasing property.”

Northern Beaches Regional Partner Aaron Raco said as a small family business, he and his partner Skye Raco, who will take on the role of Business Development Manager, were seeking to become part of a premium boutique brand.

“DiJones is an attractive brand and a great fit for the Northern Beaches,” Mr Raco said. “The leadership team of Dean Mackie and Brent May aligned with our vision and desire to spread the footprint into strategic locations and we have ambitions to have two to four more offices in the area. We believe in a strong and lengthy relationship and that is why we chose DiJones.”

Mr Mackie added that DiJones has seen immense growth in recent years and the new licensing agreement structure will help support even more future expansion.

“While we don’t aspire to be the largest real estate brand, entering the licensing arena enables us to strategically expand our network while delivering huge benefits for our brand. Such a move also allows us to leverage our best-in-class technology, client care and centralised services to attract agents who share our values and vision.”

“We look forward to continuing this growth journey and welcome our new team members and clients in Dee Why, Collaroy, Collaroy Plateau, Narraweena, Brookvale, Beacon Hill and surrounding areas.”

DiJones Dee Why is located at 685 Pittwater Road, Dee Why. DiJones was established in 1992, and operates 20 market leading offices across Sydney’s Upper North Shore, Lower North Shore, Northern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, Hills District and Eastern Suburbs as well the Central Coast, Southern Highlands and the Illawarra.
