DiJones rapidly grow northern beaches presence with established Mona Vale team
DiJones have announced iconic husband and wife team Simon Rawson and Iolanda Trovatello have joined the network, operating out of a new DiJones Pittwater office.
Renowned for providing an exceptional client experience and attaining strong results, DiJones Lower North Shore CEO Dean Mackie said their passion and values align with the DiJones DNA.
“I have always been impressed by Simon and Iolanda and we are thrilled to welcome their experienced and professional team into the DiJones family.
“They embody the northern beaches lifestyle with a strong understanding of their client’s requirements, having established a solid presence in the local region.
“Joined by a team of seven including an investment team, I am excited for the future success of our northern beaches aggregation,” said Mr Mackie.
DiJones have built a network of strategically placed offices in line with buyer migration routes across Sydney and the Southern Highlands. Attracted by the unsurpassed insights into client’s property journey, Mr Rawson says DiJones will take them into their own league on the northern beaches.
“The only way we can become better at what we do, is to better understand our client’s needs, this is where DiJones excel and lead the industry.
“We have seen an increase of buyers in our local area coming from out of area. For example, over the past 12 months in Church Point 18% of buyers came from the Eastern Suburbs, and 24% from the North Shore. A centralised database equips us with the ability to target qualified buyers across Sydney, quickly.
“Alongside the best technology and systems in the industry, we can now service our clients at an even better level,” said Mr Rawson
With a background in public relations and marketing, Ms Trovatello understands the power of a strong brand, and knows what it takes to build one.
“All elements of the DiJones brand fit the northern beaches market, with coastal tones and a fresh, clean look,” she said.
“Our ability to create bespoke marketing packages to suit our client’s individual requirements will fit all price points of the market and allow us to market every property beautifully.”
In a marketplace unphased by the recent economic downturn, the Mona Vale team has a diverse range of clientele.
“The northern beaches are unique in its offering, we see downsizers from large blocks of land, to young families upgrading from apartments and prestige clients looking for a weekender.
“We haven’t seen a drop in prices on the beaches in fact the median house price is up 12.7%, as stock levels remain low, and buyer activity is strong.”
DiJones Pittwater is located at 1/20 Bungan Street Mona Vale.
