DiJones expands with new office in Sydney’s Rhodes
Innovative real estate brand DiJones has opened a new office in Rhodes, making its expansion into Sydney’s North West.
DiJones CEO Dean Mackie said careful consideration had gone into determining the location of the office.
“We have reviewed buyer migration data and this pointed towards Rhodes as a logical next step for DiJones,” Mr Mackie said. “The office will be led by Shan Lin, who has a strong presence and track record in the area, particularly in the apartment market.
“Shan Lin joins DiJones in a licensee arrangement that gives him and him team access to a full suite of services and resources DiJones’ has to offer.”
DiJones Rhodes Director Shan Lin said he was impressed with the leadership team’s approach and vision.
“We were really attracted to DiJones having worked through a business plan with Dean Mackie and Brent May, they listened and deeply understood our needs. As a small independent brand we could only take our business so far and partnering with DiJones enables us to take that next step with our clients and provide an even greater level of service.
“We’ll also have access to their extensive technology stack and comprehensive shared services business support model. Joining DiJones provides us with the opportunity to work and collaborate with best in class people in the industry.”
Mr Lin said the buyer demographic in Rhodes was suited to the DiJones style of real estate, a unique brand of real estate which has proven successful in all markets they currently operate in.
“Our focus is on the suburbs of Rhodes, Sydney Olympic Park, Meadow Bank and Ryde because it is attractive to young professional buyers who enjoy living in new apartments. Our well-established team can’t wait to see what we can achieve as an integral addition to the DiJones network.”
Lindfield Group located at 2 Rider Boulevard, Rhodes officially rebranded to DiJones Rhodes on 31 March 2025.
Established in 1992, DiJones operates more than 25 market leading offices across residential, commercial, and developments, located in Sydney’s Upper North Shore, Mid North Shore, Lower North Shore, Northern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, Hills District and Eastern Suburbs as well the Central Coast, Sutherland Shire, Southern Highlands, and the Illawarra.
